The Postgraduate Initiative

The purpose of the Postgraduate Initiative is to ensure the success of Kern Scholars in pastoral ministry and to reinforce their commitment to a lifetime of service in the local church by making resources for personal and professional growth available to them during their first five years after seminary.  This initiative began in 2006 and includes resources for Kern Pastors’ continuing education, retreats for Kern Pastors and spouses, and a biennial conference for Kern Pastors exploring congregational leadership and character development.

Kern Pastors: Click on the Directory Logon button to register for a networking directory of current Kern Pastors.  This directory requires a username and password and will allow you to enter and edit your own profile as well as to search others.  All postgraduate resource documents will be posted on the logon area.  If you have any questions about the logon area, please contact the Foundation.
