Alayna Olson started at the Foundation in 2014 as a communications fellow before being hired as a program assistant with the Entrepreneurial Engineering Program. In 2016, Olson transitioned into her current role as program associate, where her responsibilities include administrative tasks, communications projects, and assisting with the grant management process primarily related to the Kern Entrepreneurial Engineering Network.

Olson received her bachelor’s degree in communicative arts – an interdisciplinary major of communication and business – from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
