Jesse Wright joined the Foundation as a program director in February of 2016. In this capacity he works closely with faculty in the Kern Entrepreneurial Engineering Network to embed the entrepreneurial mindset into undergraduate engineering programs. Jesse’s decades of experience working with engineers and industry give him a unique perspective that helps advance KEEN’s mission.

Before joining the team at Kern, Jesse served as vice president of recruitment and delivery for engineering and technology at Adecco Employment Services. In this role, he was responsible for the national recruitment strategy for engineering, information technology, and scientific personnel. While at Adecco, he was the 2012 National Service Award Winner and the 2010 Professional Staffing MVP. Jesse has also worked at Tricom, Inc. and Allegis Group Madison. General Motors Corporation’s “People Make Quality Happen” awards recognized him three consecutive years for exceptional performance of contract personnel. Jesse spent several years serving as an infantryman in the Wisconsin National Guard. He is an alumnus of Upper Iowa University.
